Screening

​

I require all first-time friends to be verified, without exception.

Screening is required and non-negotiable. I do not meet individuals who wish to remain anonymous. I must be able to verify your name and photo for screening to ensure you are safe to meet privately. All personal information collected is deleted after screening. Booking submissions are encrypted and sent directly to a folder that only I can access. Screening is for ensuring all clients are safe to meet and are not misidentifying themselves.

Screening Methods:

You need to provide ONE method of screening. Sending more than one is appreciated and will expedite the verification process.

• ID: When submitting your drivers license/state ID/ or passport, you may black out impertinent info such as address and ID number. Your full name, birthdate and expiration date must be included in screening.​

• LinkedIn: Submit the URL for your LinkedIn page. You must have access to this account and it should have 100+ connections​

•  Verified Sites: P411, TER, PD, TNA, TOB or any verified board/site.​

• Professional Website: Your professional/business website must show your name and photo or it can not be used for screening. Submit the URL for the specific webpage that shows the requested information.​​

• References: If you have seen 3 or more reputable and established providers in the last 6 months.​​

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

 

Deposits: Deposits are required for all appointments at the time of booking. A 20% deposit secures your session date and time.

It can be paid via Apple Pay, Cash App, Pay Pal or Zelle. A 50% deposit is required for travel & FMTY packages. Deposits show that you are committed to meeting and care about my time and security. Deposits are non-negotiable.

Please understand that I will never flake or cancel our appointment without an advance notice.

 

Before contacting me for an engagement, please confirm your schedule before committing to our date.

 

I understand that things do happen. So if you must cancel, please give me at least a 48 hour notice (the earliest you can, is ultimately preferred) 

 

I will hold the deposit towards a rescheduled date for up to 3 months.

If for some reason I must cancel, full deposit will be returned.

 

Failure to notify me of a cancelation will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Deposits can be paid via Cash app, Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, Zelle. 

  

FMTY Appointments: Travel expenses in addition to the 50% booking deposit are required at the time of booking. ​

 

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment require a 50% cancellation fee. All other cancellations require a 10% cancellation fee, independent from the booking deposit. Refusal to pay cancellation fees results in being added to my "No See" list.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling to a different date is considered a cancellation. A cancellation fee is required. The original deposit still applies to your rescheduled appointment when 48 hours notice is given beforehand.
